The Samsung Galaxy Relay was announced jointly by T-Mobile and Samsung yesterday and say it will drop on T-Mobiles 4G network in the next few weeks. The phone doesn't come with a long list of specs that will get you worked up, but it does come with a dual-core processor on Android ICS and sports a qwerty keyboard.

The phone is expected to be released soon and as usual the easiest and cheapest (read: FREE) way to unlock this phone is going to be to call T-Mobile and request your unlock code. Tell them you're going overseas, etc. If you're unable to get the code from T-Mobile, and sometimes they won't give them out for a few months after a phone is released, you can still buy the same IMEI unlock code online.
