We've seen a lot of smartphones released over the last couple weeks and you can add the HTC 8X (and HTC 8S) to the long list of smartphones released recently. The HTC 8X is HTC's latest Windows 8 offering. It's expected to hit AT&T, T-Mobile and Verizon.
The HTC 8X is a mid-range (the top of the mid-range) device. It's got everything you'd expect under the hood: a dual-core processor (1.5 GHz), 1 GB RAM, 16 GB (non-expandable) storage, NFC, Beats audio and the list goes on. It's an interesting offering and what HTC is calling it's "flagship" line but when compared to the Samsung Galaxy S III and the iPhone 5 it does leave a bit to be desired. That said, it's yet another Windows 8 phones and that alone makes it worth a look.
