The HTC 8X is a mid-range (the top of the mid-range) device.  It's got everything you'd expect under the hood:  a dual-core processor (1.5 GHz), 1 GB RAM, 16 GB (non-expandable) storage, NFC, Beats audio and the list goes on.  It's an interesting offering and what HTC is calling it's "flagship" line but when compared to the Samsung Galaxy S III and the iPhone 5 it does leave a bit to be desired.  That said, it's yet another Windows 8 phones and that alone makes it worth a look.

The Samsung Galaxy Relay was announced jointly by T-Mobile and Samsung yesterday and say it will drop on T-Mobiles 4G network in the next few weeks.  The phone doesn't come with a long list of specs that will get you worked up, but it does come with a dual-core processor on Android ICS and sports a qwerty keyboard.

The phone is expected to be released soon and as usual the easiest and cheapest (read:  FREE) way to unlock this phone is going to be to call T-Mobile and request your unlock code.  Tell them you're going overseas, etc.  If you're unable to get the code from T-Mobile, and sometimes they won't give them out for a few months after a phone is released, you can still buy the same IMEI unlock code online.  To that end we've found 2 sources that will offer the Samsung Galaxy Relay unlock codes:
